There was a minor color mismatch that probably wasn’t avoidable so I am rating a “9” because “10” should equal absolute perfection. They did a fantastic job and worked quickly. The multi-stage, machine grey metallic paint on my Mazda3 is notoriously hard to match especially across metal and plastic panels and they did a very good job. The lower front bumper wasn’t approved to be repainted by my insurance, so where that (plastic) panel meets the repainted (metal) panel, I can tell the new paint is slightly darker and cooler gray than the factory paint on the bumper, but it is so close that it doesn’t bother me and I knew it probably wouldn’t be possible to have an exact match without respraying that bumper or blending in from where it meets the other panels. The overall quality of workmanship, including the paint coverage, blending and smooth clear coat, without runs orange peel or overspray, was very good. I wouldn’t hesitate to come to Custom Auto Craft again.
