Custom Auto Craft really did a good job in repairing the dent and painting on the bumper of my car. It really looks brand new when they released my car back to me. The staff were all so professional and so accommodating during the entire time when they were repairing it, and they give me an update about the progress of the work being done to my car. Car looks good, but interior rattles now. We brought it back in immediately after and they weren’t able to figure out why.

We did receive frequent updates, but they gave so little detail that it wasn’t very helpful. Most of the updates were just “it’s not ready yet and we don’t know when it will be.”
