The first time when I get the car, I was not happy the person who paint the car did not check his work that the car wasn’t ready to give it to me, I took the car back to do the work right. And Gabriel and the secretary help me to get my car repair and I am happy with the work

My experience was mostly excellent. The staff were welcoming, efficient, kept me informed and the job was well done. However, when I went to pick up the car there was an issue with the deductible which had been explained to them from day one. This job will be taken car of by the other person’s insurance company. I didn’t have to pay the deductible. I wasted a couple of hours and I had to go back to the shop after I had already left to get a refund and there wasn’t even an apology. Just sorry we wasted your time, would have been enough.
