Tires were not balanced or checked as promised. In the rear new tire the pressure was 45, the rest were 32. So today on the road I had to stop at a gas station and pay an attendant to fix it.

I like it that there is always someone in your team ready to pick up the phone to answer customer concerns. When I brought in the car for service, I met another customer who told me he really recommends your shop because of excellent service. He was indeed right! The only thing not right was the fact that no one updated me that you were shorthanded causing the delay of finishing the job on time, even though I had received 3-4 text messages previously stating everything was on track. Nonetheless, service was superb. The delay actually worked to my advantage because I temporarily have no room for my other car to park at while waiting for our move-in date to another place which is incidentally tomorrow. Lastly, I got the car washed for free :) Thankbyoubso much CAC!!!
