There was debris on the roof of my car and a dented scratch on the side that werent there before.

The representative who assisted me was polite and a pleasure to speak with, both in person and on the phone. However, the follow-up was virtually nonexistent; I had to constantly call for updates on a couple of delays that occurred. It felt like I was chasing them down for information I should have been proactively given. The most unwelcome surprise came at the end when I was told there would be a fee for using a credit card. I was forced to withdraw cash and deposit it directly into the owner's bank account via a phone app, which was a very unprofessional last-minute requirement.
