Extremely satisfied with work done. However, Custom Auto Service was supposed to buff out a scratch, in addition to more major work elsewhere on vehicle. Nothing was done with the scratch. This was not noted until we left Custom Auto Service. Not worth it to take it back for just that since we’d already been without vehicle about a week. We were not charged for buffing out the scratch. It was just disappointing this hadn’t been done.

The reason I marked 9, and not 10, is due to the issue with the scratch. Great customer service would have made sure it was known this should be done.
