I am so glad my insurance put my car here! They covered every single base! My car was stolen and recovered. Thanks to Andrew, he made sure my car would be safe for my kids to get back into. He did a complete walk-around with me afterwards and even pulled my car back in and stayed past closing to make sure everything was perfect. Stephanie was extremely kind as well. Answered all my questions timely and helped with the paperwork process. I highly recommend Bale Collision Downtown if you want a caring staff to take care of you and your vehicle. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Amazing job. Amazing staff.
