I normally don't take the time to share positive feedback regarding most auto and other types of service because a certain level of basic service should be expected. But in this case I feel that it is deserved. My USAA insurance auto claim was assigned to Custom Automotive in Little Rock, and I'm extremely happy that it was. From the moment of initial contact throughout the entire claims process, communication was exemplary with both me and my insurance company, and my repair was handled quickly and with perfection. The repair shop went out of their way to make this as easy on me as possible. I can and will recommend Custom Automotive to anyone needing body and complicated glass repairs to be done the right way!
