Experience was horrible. My suv was expected to be ready on the Friday but not completed until the following Tuesday. They did not communicate with me, I had to keep calling regarding my suv time line of been ready. Keep my suv for 14 days before work was completed. Paying a deductible before the estimate can be done is fraud and bad business practice. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

A couple of things, a piece is missing from me front bumper a guard in front of my radiator. Paint job was sloppy and unprofessional. I just purchased this car. I want it to look like it was. That's a 2022. It no way my front of my car should be exposed like that. I trust you will make sure. U Will complete my car to it value. And costing me more money for a rental. Also car system was not working properly. Allstate insurance recommended Custom Coach for the job. And I trusted you and your company.
