I am absolutely not satisfied with the service I received. I was misinformed about the condition of my vehicle. When my vehicle was dropped off, there were no warning lights on the dashboard. Your employee completed a full walkthrough inspection and documented that there were no lights on, and I have the paperwork to support this. However, my vehicle was returned to me with a dashboard warning light on. I first received a call stating that my vehicle was ready, then another call 20 minutes later saying someone would come to turn the light off. After that, I received yet another call claiming that because the car has an R-title, the light would remain on. These two issues are unrelated. I expected my vehicle to be returned in the same condition it was received. Being told otherwise is not only inaccurate, but also highly unprofessional. This situation suggests that either I am being accused of not telling the truth or that your employee’s documented inspection is being disregarded. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be using your services again.
