A couple of things, a piece is missing from me front bumper a guard in front of my radiator. Paint job was sloppy and unprofessional. I just purchased this car. I want it to look like it was. That's a 2022. It no way my front of my car should be exposed like that. I trust you will make sure. U Will complete my car to it value. And costing me more money for a rental. Also car system was not working properly. Allstate insurance recommended Custom Coach for the job. And I trusted you and your company.

They had my car for almost 2 mths! They claim it was the parts from Germany 7-10 shipping days. But my car lets me know every time it was being touched & they was not working on my car all that time. There must have been car in front of mine. Which is fine & I should have been told my car had a few cars in front of me & I would taken it some where else. I had to pay for rental out of pocket due to my car being repaired over the limits.

What a wonderful place to do business with. Both my husband and I were pleased with all that took place for his car. Staff was flexible and professional, paperwork was intact and the communication/update about the repairs were top notch. I highly recommend Custom Coach.

Repair looks good. Rated an 8 because residue (from tape used when painting was done)was on the bumper. When I asked what it was, it was explained to me and it was cleaned off my bumper before I left the auto shop.
