The shop killed the battery which messed up the ECU. Odometer now blinks constantly and pop up tells me software is out of date. Shop unable to fix so now I have to take to dealer and pay out of pocket for their negligence. Complete lack of accountability. So called guarantee not worth anything.

Overall communication and quality of work was great. When I picked up my vehicle I didn’t look in my back seat. Once I got home I noticed they did not put the engine cover back over the engine. It was laying on my back seat. I took pictures of it and eventually put it back on myself.

Custom Coach communicated often, and I was pleased with the quality of work. The only issue I had was, they forgot to put the engine cover back on under the hood. It was left on my back seat and I ended up putting it back on myself.

The staff was wonderful. They came and jump start my car when the battery died so I could get it to the shop. They kept me updated on the progress until it was done. The car looks great. The service was excellent.
