Sprinter looks great! Communication on the progress was great! Office staff was so nice! Only thing was that upon pickup, my husband found the antenna on the front seat for the exterior roof and asked the serviceman to reinstall it. The worker disputed my husband and said the shop hadn’t removed it, my husband had which definitely was NOT the case!. He refused to put it on. My husband climbed up on the driver’s seat and went to install it and had to pull off some tape that was up on the roof where it went. When he handed the tape to the guy, the guy said, “Oh, I guess you’re right! We must have taken it off!” My husband reinstalled it, but seriously? Otherwise, great service and Sprinter looks great.
