D 1 AUTO BODY SHOP is near the Downtown Los Angeles area and Middle of Korea town and blocks from the USC Campus. We service all makes and models and repair to factory specifications. We work with all insurance companies. We can also replace glass and perform mechanical repairs. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners.

I was very pleased with not only the work done on my car but also the customer service. Ever person that I experienced at D-1 was very welcoming and professional. They made the experience very personable because they cared. I’d refer them to anyone that may need service. I’d give them a 10 in every area.

They did a great job, and the owner clearly demonstrated a lot of pride in the high-quality work they provide. The only thing I would say is that toward the end it was a little unclear when I would be able to pick up my car. But it turns out that was only because the owner wanted to make sure that everything was perfect, so it took a couple extra days.

Your team of technicians did an impeccable job on my repair. The car looks factory new! Very often paint tends to be obvious, but there is no sign of my car having after market color touches. Very well done. We had a happy reunion!😄
