We work with all insurance companies. We can also replace glass and perform mechanical repairs. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. "Absolute Nightmare: D-1 Auto Body- Tesla Certified Body shop - Masters of Deception and Incompetence" I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with D-1 Auto Body- Tesla Certified Body shop, and I can confidently say that it was the worst decision I've ever made regarding my vehicle. If you value honesty, competence, and timely service, steer clear of this unscrupulous establishment. My ordeal began when I entrusted D-1 Auto Body with the replacement of my windshield. To my dismay, it turns out that their definition of replacement is simply telling the customer it's done, while in reality, they hadn't touched it. The level of deception is staggering, and it's clear that integrity is a foreign concept at this establishment. The incompetence displayed by D-1 Auto Body reached new heights when I discovered the sorry state of my car's exterior. The bumper alignment was so off that it seemed like they were attempting avant-garde auto art rather than a basic repair. To add insult to injury, spare screws were scattered inside my car, a testament to their inability to complete a job without leaving a trail of negligence behind. As if the improperly aligned bumper and random screws weren't enough, they managed to butcher the installation of my spoiler. It was a lopsided disaster, and it boggles the mind how a supposedly professional autobody shop could fail so spectacularly at a basic task. To top off this automotive nightmare, D-1 Auto Body had the audacity to inform me that my car was ready, a full two weeks past their original estimate. Excited to put this ordeal behind me, I discovered upon inspection that they hadn't even completed painting one crucial piece. The sheer disregard for my time and the inability to adhere to their own timelines is beyond infuriating. The entire experience with D-1 Auto Body has been a lesson in frustration, deceit, and unprofessionalism. Save yourself the headache and avoid this place at all costs. This autobody shop is a breeding ground for deception and incompetence, and it's clear they have no regard for their customers or their vehicles. Look elsewhere for an auto body shop that actually values honesty, competence, and customer satisfaction.

Would recommend this shop with no reservation. The staff was very communicative of my car’s repair process and I had no concern in leaving my car with them for the amount of time it took. The repair took about another week than expected, but I agreed that the process was not something to rush since quality of the end result was well worth it.
