D 1 AUTO BODY SHOP is near the Downtown Los Angeles area and Middle of Korea town and blocks from the USC Campus. We service all makes and models and repair to factory specifications. We work with all insurance companies. We can also replace glass and perform mechanical repairs. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners.

I not to happy with the way my claim was handled, I made a couple of requests with the body shop about a concern with my vehicle and in the end it was never looked into or resolved. Now I have to take my car back to get it inspected which takes time away from work plus I have to get a rental which insurance doesn't cover.

I’m still in Mazatlán . So I can’t inspect it 100% so I asked for a favor that didn’t come through .. not an issue . I got hit originally left hand side Left hand side included My driver side towing mirror wasn’t replaced . That’s from. The side swipe from the driver My walking board lights up I don’t know if you guys replaced the running board since you guys didn’t replace my mirror . The other details I haven’t seen personally . But so far .. year it’s looking like a mistake on my end so far

I gave full description of what I needed done .. the extra that’s fine I understand … but the side of my driver side where I got impacted .. even my running board don’t turn on still that you guys didn’t fix/replace… someone from your group of guys left a marijuana disposable in my truck . My towing mirrors are broken still not replaced . The chips of paint chipped not corrected ….. like dang bro..: it is what it is.. forsure never recommending to anyone I care about

Car was given back to me but was told I had to take it back for a part that still hasn't arrived. The door is also misaligned and there is a small cratch on my steering wheel. I mentioned it to the Rep and they told me to just wait until the part came in to get everything looked at at the same time. Not sure if I have to rent a loaner again or not.
