Customer service can NOT be beat. I knew every step along the way, thanks to Amy! My car was ready earlier than I expected and the body work and paint job made my car look better than before that deer hit it. I can not express how happy i am.

New Bill's Auto Body has the best customer service I've ever received. I tried getting estimates from several other collision businesses, and they were very discouraging regarding the availability of parts as well as their own mechanics. Bill's Auto Bod was realistic and positive, despite the Covid pandemic. I won't ever go back to male mechanics, either. Amy is outstanding.

Not that I ever want to get into another accident, but I know where to go if/when I do. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and they are very good about communicating updates about my car. The work is top notch. The half that got fixed now looks better than the rest of my car. I also appreciate that they handle everything about the rental car. It's one less stress for me after dealing with an accident. 5/5 all around!
