They did not have very good communication with us. It was hard to get ahold of them, and their VM was always full. I was told they were glad it was full so people can’t leave a message. 2 different times we were told they would call us back and we never heard from them. We would have to call until we could get them. Finally got car back and ended up having to take it back because they didn’t do the complete job that they had been paid to do
