I stopped in to start the estimate process, and the person there took photos of my vehicle, saying the estimator would look at them on Monday and call me with the estimate. More than a week later, I called to see what was taking so long. They had forgotten to show the photos.

Only thing I would like to have is an update on what is happening with the repair and an early call to pick up the car when it is ready. That way I could get there earlier and not hold anyone up at closing.

I can’t give a true answer, because of the length of time it took to get my car back. In regards to the repairs, everything looks great, so I would definitely recommend them for that. So, if it wasn’t going through insurance, I would recommend them.
