This was where my insurance would pay for the repair. If I had a choice, after the delays and lack of communication, I would go somewhere else. The repair itself seems fine. The person at pick up was friendly. Not talking to me initially now has cost me money out of pocket and resulted in the accident being termed my fault which increases my insurance rates and stays on my record for at least 7 years. At my age, that could be a life time sentence.

The repair work seems to be done well. The car wash and interior vacuum were a nice touch. It was very frustrating during the long wait between initial contact and start of repairs. There was no communication that there was a delay so I was left waiting, waiting, waiting and wondering. Once a got the call to bring it in, work was completed a day earlier than projected so that was very nice.

The estimate was kept secret and only shared with my insurance. Once I was able to see it thru my insurance company, it included something not related to the accident. This caused the insurance companies to rule the accident my fault. When I mentioned this to the repair person, it was brushed off as no big deal. This has caused me to have to pay a dexuctable that would have been covered and myrates to go up. It will also be reflected as my fault for the next 7 years. Speaking to me at tge time of estimate could have avoided this. Assumptions have consequences!

My car looks great! Austin was very helpful at the start, explained how the collision/insurance worked. I felt confident leaving my car there, and they would do a good job.

Austin was very helpful had a few glitches with the repairs the guys in the shop didn't tidy up a few things but Austin took care of everything and went above and beyond and got everything taken care of greatly appreciated and will be using Austin for any future needs on any body work and or painting
