Very atypical from previous experiences with this shop, but returned phone calls and follow ups were not made. I was the one who had to call to follow up. Car was supposed to be done on a Thursday and automated emails were sent and when I called to verify I was told they forgot to update the auto email system and car wasn’t going to be until following week. Not upset that car took longer, just that the communication never happened. And this happened multiple times where a return call was supposed to happen and then didn’t.
