I appreciate being kept informed every step of the way. Personnel were friendly and helpful and they were able to get my car in right away. The use of a loaner car was an enormous benefit to me. The repairs were excellent, but, it is the people who really make the experience. I would recommend D&A Auto Body in a heart beat!

No one could ask for better customer service, and I got the car back cleaner and in much better condition than it was left off. I loved the e-mail follow up and got a good chuckle from knowing that my car was happy where it was left. I have found customer service to be a thing of the past in most circumstances. You were on time with everything and kept me abreast of what you were doing, and you treated me like a customer that you would like to see come back, if I ever find myself in need of auto body repair again. It's nice to see the lost art come back into play. I hope I don't need your services again, but if I do, I know for certain where I will be going.

Found that my rear window wiper wasn't working when I picked up vehicle. Found that electrical plug at rear inside of hard top had been disconnected (I assume to lift top up for painting). I replugged wiring harness connections and all is good. The vehicle looks great!
