I am completely happy with the whole experience. My damaged mirror looks terrific, my car was washed ???????? Everyone was very nice and I had a great customer service experience. I will see you soon for my wheel barring repai and I am most definitely recommending my friends to come see you too.

Jon was disrespectful in talking with me about my car, talked to me like I was stupid. Never to say to me, I may not know what a clunking noise on my car sound like,because I was raised by mechanic men in my family. Need to think before he talk to some women.

The team did an excellent job keep me updated and informed on the status of my vehicle. Having the free loaner car while my vehicle was being fixed was IMMENSELY helpful and a total relief. I was disappointed to find that my vehicle was returned with no gas to the point that after three minutes of driving the gas light had turned on. Although I would not have expected a full tank (or even half), it would have been nice to be able to make it home without fearing I would run out of gas. Other than that, great experience.
