Very prompt service and communication. They went above and beyond by contacting my insurance with updates, and giving me a loaner car when my insurance for my rental was used up. They even offered to pick up my car from the dealership where mechanical issues were being taken care of of since I was out of town, so my car would be at D and A when I returned the loaner!

The work done by D & A Auto is impeccable. The staff is always kind and up beat and Jake is always willing to do whatever it takes to make sure your issues are met. The fact that they have cars for you to use while your personal car is being worked on is invaluable! I mean, who does that for their customers?? If I have body work that needs to be done, I would take my car back to D & A Auto in a heart beat! Oh, did I mention the work on my car was finished within a week?? And it came back detailed!
