Actually, it was as good an experience as it could be considering why you’re doing business with them at all. Every aspect of the repair including keeping us informed on timelines and helping coordinate with the insurance company as well as helping to handle our car rental was exceptional.

It was as if they failed to do a quality inspection of my car when they were "done" so they were either clueless or simply did not care.

Got called to pick it up and the car was not finished correctly and the panels that where replaced where loose. They had to keep it for another day to tighten everything up. The car is going back to the cause the door was left loose and is sagging.

From the moment I walked in the doors I loved the vibe I got from everybody at D&A. Even the waiting room is cool (not that I had to do any waiting). And of course the work was done so well, you can't even tell that my truck was damaged.
