Everything that they said that was to be done was done. Behind the what was known was hidden work but was taken care of as it it was no problem. Which was no involvement for me but was between Dads and the insurance company, a care free repair.

I would have to give you a 10 rating. From first contact to completion they went a step ahead. Any unsean damage was also addressed and repaired.

Dad’s Autobody did a great job! We were very happy with their work! Lynn and Jolyn were very responsive as well. Always keeping us updated on the progress of our vehicle. If we ever need Autobody care in the future we will definitely come back to Dad’s.

Office personnel were great to deal with in spite of having to change the pickup times twice as I was halfway over to pickup the car. Maybe if have any suggestion it would be sure office and shop stay on same page. Thank you for great service.

I had no idea how long the process takes to go back and forth with the insurance company. Some up front frank info about the process time with both Dads and the insurance company would’ve been good. Also, I wish I got a heads up just before picking up the car about the deductible payment requirements. Thank goodness my bank was close by so I could walk there and get the cash. Overall though, your service people were very pleasant and I like the quality of the work that was done.
