Our concern for the environment lead us to a shift to Cromax Pro water based refinishing products to lessen our carbon foot print. The repair on my Camry was very well done. Looks like the car is new. My car was washed and they provided instructions on how to car for my vehicle after the repair to protect the paint/clear coat.

The only thing missing is the fuse covering on the side of the dash board. I asked about it the day I picked up my car and told it wasn't there when they received the car. Other than that it is fantastic, they did a great job.

No sense of urgency or care for the customer. I used daffrons because of a family recommendation and my next generations will not use it and I will not be recommending it to friends with state farm.

Nothing in the repair itself door is fine. Its the estimated time to repair. I was told monday the next week then they said thursday, then they said friday or monday of the week after (week3) and I actually got the car back. I live by my car so i needed things to be done as soon their first estimate. Never using daffrons agains
