Car looks wonderful. Had a question concerning a chipped driver door handle I noticed when I picked the car up. Went back in and asked that someone come out and look, a gentleman from the office came out and then got someone from the paint shop. The gentleman from the paint shop advised that the door handle was the original handle from the damaged door; that it was not chipped new paint but existing normal wear and tear on the original handle they had reinstalled. Satisfactory answer as far as I am concerned.

Don't even know where to start on this. Contentious relationship from day one between my husband and Angela. So to alleviate any problems, I requested that in the future, all discussion/coordination be done through me. I had the accident; I made the claim; and I would be handling the repair. At some point I called to make arrangements to have car towed to the shop and was told not to do that until parts were ordered. Sounded strange to me but assumed parts could be ordered based on photos sent to the insurance company. Checked on status on June 15th and was told that you had not received any pictures. I advised my insurance agent and he said to tell you to check CAC(?) that there were 31 pictures there. I let you know and at some point the car was towed to your shop. I don't have the exact date but can get it if need be. I believe it was the end of May. Now here, to me, the customer service all went downhill. I called after a week or so to get an update and left numerous messages on your voicemail as well as with a gentleman whose name I didn't catch, and once with Ben, for Angela to give me a quick call back. Never received a call back. Finally got to talk to her on June 15th. She told me the door was received; awaiting headlights that are acceptable ; will start installing door that day; lamp due in by end of week; to paint shop on week of 22nd; should be done by end of week (June 24-25). Great, that's all I wanted to know; let me know if something comes up. Called on the 24th to see about picking the car up and was told that the door is on; needs to go on the frame to get the doors straight; once the door is adjusted will go to the paint shop Thursday or Friday; won't be done until sometime next week. The office could not spare five minutes of time to give me a call to let me know that there was a problem getting a lamp; or some other parts, or that the car had been delayed going into the paint shop for whatever reason? I am a reasonable person. I have over 30 years experience working with vendors, contractors, trades people, meeting deadlines, as well as updating people on the status of their contracts or projects. It only takes five minutes for Pete's sake. I really feel that Angela couldn't get passed her altercation with my husband the first day and took it out on me...or is just not a very efficient office manager. That is why I rated your Customer Service so low. And I'm pretty sure that was her hiding behind her screen when I went in the office to pick up my car. She never looked up or acknowledged my presence so can't be sure.

Previous repair job was not done well. rear door panel was put on incorrect. While looking through windows you see it 1/2 inch above where it should have. originally wife brought car down for estimate. Found two items several days later that were damaged and not in estimate. Small fracture in front bumper and hole in Cowell under wiper , it snowed that day and highlighted hole or would not have seen it myself, that was when i look closer to vehical myself and found fracture in bumper. Took it back and pointed it out to person in repair shop Acknowled it. Then they didn't have us bring in car for almost a month to repair it. By then bumper had fractured through. repair everything but bumper. Went to pick it up and pointed this out . they said they didn't see it.? then told me it didn't happen in hail storm. broke from above no paint damage or scratches , how else could it be broken? so did not pick it up left there. Was told never showed to them 😕, had photos with minor fracture on day found other damage showing small Crack. ended in shouting match over it even though I told them I didn't want to argue just give me my keys so I can take it somewhere else and get it fixed. This third time had issues there if my wife would not have wanted to take it there would've taken it there in first place. Basically told me what I said was not true even though I have dated photos evidence which of course they were not interested in seeing because it would prove them wrong. so poor quality repair, bad customer service and just overall issues. Never will go there again. First incident 5yrs ago father took truck in front-end damage. fender tire, bumper, tierod end. went pick it up steering wheel was in misalignment about 35dehrees off being straight. Said it came in that way no duh ! it was hit in front end they did front end alignment with out straightening up streeingwheel had leave it there for three days till insurance company made them fix it. so they have at least 5yr span of poor workmanship and customers relationships issues.
