The entire process was beyod great. Bonnie was very knowledgeable, professional and welcoming as soon as I walked through the front door at Daku. Made me feel that Daku really wanted my repair work. All the Employees that I came in contact wirh were very Professional and Courteous. The process of dealing with the Insurance Company handling the claim and the Rental Car Company was so easy thanks to Bonnie's expertise and the Workmanship done on my Vehicle is gold star, top notch. For many decades, Daku Auto Body has always had a superb reputation for their Collision Repairs and with this being my first experience needing Collision Repairs I see how that Reputation is so well earned and deserved. I also felt confident that all factory specifications for my 2025 Subaru Crosstrek were met as the Daku Technicians are Subaru Certified. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and overall service received. This is how a business should be run. I came home and gave a 5 star rating on google. I felt so bad bringing my car in without vacuuming it first and I got it back cleaned and beautiful. The body work was amazing but the extras really bumped it up to extraordinary.

The work was fantastic. But the lack of communication and also the not knowing of the service charge while using a credit card would probably not have me recommend Daku’s. Both things can be fixed though, so I’m not entirely unsatisfied.

Bonnie was great, friendly and helpful when I called but the communication was not there at all. If there was a delay in the timeframe I should have been notified immediately, not keep having to call back. Then when I call back, I keep getting different time frames.
