From the time I initially contacted Dale's regarding my car until it was finished, I received excellent customer service. My car had to be towed and even though Dale's was going to be closed by the time the car was delivered, i was able to share the gate code with the tow truck driver so there would be no delay. The next morning i received a call with the estimate so the parts could be ordered and work could begin. Shortly after that I received a text with a link to check on the progress, which was great help. My car was ready within the earlier time frame. Because I lived relatively close to the shop, I was given the option of being picked up. It would have been a challenge to arrange a ride. I would rate Dale's a 10 in the areas of customer service, professionalism, estimate of cost and completed project, workmanship, and follow thru. My primary contact was with Jesse and he is the consumate professional.
