I’m busy like everyone else, so having been rear ended and needing repair was not something I needed to add to the list. I can tell you the moment I walked into Dale’s everything was under control. While the shop being a premier provider of my insurance company is nice, in this case it wasn’t a requirement for me. Even so, from beginning to end it was absolutely a pleasure working with Dale’s. Once they received the parts and got the vehicle in, communication was constant with updates. I never did not know what stage my repair job was at. Yesterday I picked it up and was absolutely floored by the job they did. Thank you guys. As I mentioned yesterday, you are now my go-to body shop.
