Although the truck was returned on time, the incorrect bedcover has been ordered so that portion of the repair was not completed and will require a second visit and inconvenience. That being said, I understand things happen. I was however disappointed that the truck was returned to me unwashed making it difficult to even inspect the truck and ensure that I was satisfied with the work completed. In previous experiences with body shops, the vehicle has always been returned clean. As with purchasing a new vehicle, a freshly repaired vehicle should be returned to the customer clean which displays pride on the part of the body shop and gives the owner a sense of pride upon receiving their repaired vehicle back.
