I’m giving a 5 because the first time I used them the workmanship was very good. Unfortunately this time it was not.

The passenger front door that was replaced doesn’t align properly. There is air leaking around that door. There is a small nick in the passenger rear door that was painted over but not repaired. Also on that door there is a rough edge where tape was applied and removed. The speaker in the passenger front door is damaged and was not replaced.

I was not informed that there would be an additional charge for using a credit card. When I asked I was told that my wife had been informed of this additional charge when she dropped off the vehicle. She was not informed. After I paid I had to ask the service provider to go out and look at the vehicle with me.

I can’t say enough about Dallas Collision. They made the process so easy from start to finish. The quality of their work is amazing. My vehicle looks better than show room. I highly recommend them for any body repair you may need. The whole staff is friendly, helpful and professional.
