It was a couple days later than promised but I still give them a 10 for efforts to overcome late or wrong parts orders. The delay was not impacting us but they got it to us when it really counted.

Still have some repairs waiting but Steve was awesome and explain the situation to me about the repairs. They communicated with me through the whole process and we really appreciated it they made a " Nerve Wrecking" situation very calming and easy to get through.
