My deductible some how went from 1500 to 1700, they didn’t even fix the scratches on my door even though it was there for over a month, nor the crack on my bumper, couldn’t have any decency to put air in my tires, they did the bare minimum and then charged me extra 200 for basically nothing... On top of I wouldn’t never even taken it there had I known other auto body shops don’t always make you pay the full deductible so yeah pretty sure I got beyond scammed.
