The work was done well. Customer service was great and informative. One thing that I was worried about at first was that I thought one of the radiator lines weren't tightened fully because steam was come off the front of the car. It looks like it might if been residue. Would of been nice to be notified that we might see that and not too worry. Overall the work was done really well.

Their ability to schedule and follow through is not where I thought it was. They didn't know the reason why something wasn't done and told me I could call to ask why instead of them. They put me on hold but didn't, so I got to listen to them talk about treating me differently because I was frustrated when they told me I could make that call. They also discussed if I owe them and were figuring out how much money they would make, etc. May want to ensure that whomevers daughter that was ensures the call is on hold. Will not use or recommend their services in the future.
