I complained about my bumper and he ended up taking it back into the shop to try to fix it but its not to my perfection but the guy never tightened my tail light back up so it fell out when bumped never coming back again. Poor communication skills as well.

I was satisfied with the service from Dan’s Collision while my vehicle was in the shop. The staff seemed professional and everything appeared fine when I picked up the car. However, after I got home, I noticed the bag for my lug nut key was on the floor of the car and the actual key was missing. That was frustrating to discover after leaving the shop, since it’s an important tool if the wheels ever need to be removed. I hope they can help resolve the issue.
