I was satisfied with the service from Dan’s Collision while my vehicle was in the shop. The staff seemed professional and everything appeared fine when I picked up the car. However, after I got home, I noticed the bag for my lug nut key was on the floor of the car and the actual key was missing. That was frustrating to discover after leaving the shop, since it’s an important tool if the wheels ever need to be removed. I hope they can help resolve the issue.

On setting appointment I was told they need truck for 5 days. Dropped off on a Monday. They didn't start for 2 days and had it over a weekend and finished it on following Thursday afternoon. Repair looks really good even though time was extended out an additional week.
