There is still a clunk or rattle that wasn’t there prior to the accident. The service manager said the the techs couldn’t reproduce it. This is hard to believe, it’s very apparent and I hear it with every bump in the road. That’s frustrating.

It was great, until I went to pick up my car the first time. It was not complete, the new body panels were misaligned and not completely affixed to the car. I couldn’t believe it passed QA / QC. However, it was correctly completed the following day.
