Improve communication, update online platform if the date for pick up has changed and/or call the client in advance if the car will not be ready for pickup that day, not at 3:30pm when pickup time said 4pm.

Waited for 20 minutes at front office to get my car from the back. Instead of calling to make sure, the young lady simply texted someone assuming they will see the text and bring the car up. When I asked, she seemed puzzled instead of concerned, let alone not apologetic for the delay
