At this time, I would not recommend DARCARS based on my experience. I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, the repairs were incomplete. The original issues with the damaged rims and valve stems had not been resolved, and I discovered two nails in my brand-new driver's side tires. As a result, I had to leave my vehicle at the Collision Center and continue using the rental car. I hope these issues are resolved, but my experience has been disappointing.

I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, it was not actually repaired. The original issues with the damaged rims and improperly installed valve stems had not been corrected. During the inspection, I also discovered nails in two of my brand-new driver's side tires. The Collision Department manager instructed me to leave the vehicle and continue using the rental car because the repairs were incomplete. My vehicle remains at the body shop awaiting additional repairs, including replacement of the two damaged tires. This experience has been frustrating and has resulted in unnecessary delays and inconvenience.
