Your staff could be a little bit more courteous & friendly. When I got lost for 20 minutes, one of your reps told me it was past my appointment time. It was inconvenient for me to drive out 25+ minutes then for her to tell me that. She almost made me come back the next day. Also, when I picked up my car, your other rep only told me the mechanic painted over my bumper. He didn't give me full details on the repairs. I guess it was because it was closing time, but I wasn't completely satisfied with the customer service. As far as the repair, it was a job well done. So, thank you for that.
