I was asked to bring my car in on Monday and told that it would be ready on Friday. On Friday I called and was told that the car would not be ready until the following Tuesday. It was not ready until the following Friday. I was the one who had to call you to find out when my car would be ready. It would seem to be good customer service if YOU had been the ones to call me and keep me informed about the process. I understand that things happen and schedules slip but when that occurs your customers deserve to be proactively informed.
