Poor communication. I needed to call for updates and when my vehicle was ready I needed to call to figure it out and was told someone tried to call. I received no calls after verifying my number when I dropped off the car. I also had someone from enterprise call me to verify rental after I had setup with hertz well in advance.

The staff was fine. The repair seems good. The process of giving up my car for 10 days and being unable to even start a plan for getting it back felt abusive.

The car is fixed but I had to wait months for an appointment, take a week off work and then couldn't find out when it would be done until after it was done. If I wasn't self-employed, I would have lost my job over this.
