I was very satisfied with the service I received at Darlings! My car looks amazing and the staff were very nice and knowledgeable. I had a few questions about pickup/drop off and about the payment process since I was using insurance and my questions were answered right away! There were 3 minor blemishes 1 was a dimple where blue undercoat was visible. A small blot of Clearcoat extra runoff a small chip on a corner of the plastic bumper all 3 were shown and will be scheduled in for followup

They did a good job fixing my fender bender, but when I got the estimate, they said it would take a week to complete, and it took over two weeks. I was paying for a rental car during that time, so I wasn’t terribly happy with that.
