The work quality was acceptable, but it took 5 weeks plus and there was little to no communication along the way. I wasn’t certain how long to keep the rental. Also, there were items pulled out from under my seats laid out throughout the truck. The interior was a little dirtier than I left it as well.

Everyone I spoke with at Darling's was helpful. My one comment is that I was surprised that when I picked up my car from repair service, no-one came outside to look at the repairs with me. They just handed me the keys.

I did the middle, Do to the facted we had to take it back because it wasn’t fixed the first time and it was rushed. The second seemed a lot better.

Darling collusion did an awesome job. When I drop my truck off they told me 30 days and I got the call it was ready in 21 days. This included weekends. My truck looks like new.

I had dropped it off on Tuesday and it was finished the following Friday. I know it takes time for parts to arrive but I would have preferred simply to have dropped it off the day before it would actually have been worked on. I had to call each time for more information.

It's a 2 hr drive from where I live...only drawback..but they do good work

Had to get an alignment as well as body work...body work was done quickly...but they forgot front end alignment so they had to keep truck a complete more days...

The car looked and performed almost as good as new when they were finished working on it. The only thing that needed to be corrected after I got the car back was to put in a new blinker light on the rear driver's side.
