They were nothing short of excellent! One of the headlights was broken in the collision, but the car was definitely drivable. They couldn’t get us in for 3-4 months but ordered the headlight early and replaced it so we weren’t driving around with one headlight. That alone impressed me that they even cared or thought to do that for us. A++ service!

SEEMED TO TAKE A LONG TIME, HOWEVER, MY CAR SEEMS TO BE RUNNING FINE, AND I THINK IT WAS NOT THE FAULT OF DARLINGS, THE PARTS WERE HARD TO COME BY SO I CAN'T BLAME THEM FOR THAT. THEY WERE WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING.

My car was returned filthy and was filled with the dust from sanding my car and the drivers side inner door handle was filled with a soapy material

Leon was great and was helpful to talk me through the process of getting my car fixed. I was disappointed that my car had to wait so long at the shop for parts to come in so I had to pay extra for my rental car. When I was asked to leave it there for an additional two weeks for one part to come in for the head lamp I was frustrated but Leon was very helpful and allowed me to take home my car and bring it back when the part came in so I didn't have to pay for an additional two weeks on the rental car
