The guys in the building at both places, body and service are great. My business has always been here in the past when my dad was alive and continues today. My dad always said "Paul was a trustworthy man, who cared about the customers." He is not wrong. Lately I have been doing with Paul, Jimmy, and Joe and they give service the way they would want their families to receive it. They will continue to get my business.

The lady who works at the front desk, could use some customer service training. If there are more than 1 (unsure of her name) whenever I signed papers and dropped off me car *Nissan Rogue* - he was exactly pleasant when I dropped off my car. I told her who I had talked to about my car and she got a wee bit snippy saying, " I don't know why you were talking to that person,they don't do body work." I was simply trying to tell her I've don't everything (estimate work and paperwork with "that person") she got snippy when she would say things like "I am just trying to get you to understand" it took every fiber in my being to be nice to her. Maybe she was having an off day, but she definitely terrible. But other than her this place is the best place, not only in town, but in surrounding counties to take your business to. A great. Honest, local, family friendly place. Minus the terrible lady. But I won't let that keep me from high rating for you. One bad apple doesn't rot the whole tree.
