Highly Unlikely because the place has been a nightmare how much time I've wasted between a non flush door repair, missed part in repair, broken key fob, lack of ability to program fob.

The only negative thing was that no one put in comments in a timely manner,so I did not receive updates. The staff were very friendly, the work was awesome, the expectations were set as to what to expect. Tera is very nice and personable and when I called in to get an update, was very professional and got everything taken care of for me.

It was texted to me that my car was going to be done on the 6th. If I hadn't called to confirm the 6th was still a good date, I would have returned my rental and shown up to find my car was not done.

This is a hard one. Quality of work was excellent. Customer service experience was not. I wanted certified Honda parts which was why I selected Mungenast and because we bought our car through Mungenast, but it would be hard to recommend Mugnenast based on my experience with customer service. The end result of my vehicle is very good, but not sure I'd want to go through the frustration again.

Although all of the conversations I had with Mugnenast Collision were cordial, the lack of communication, the miscommunication and the inability to get a direct answer about the status of my repair (which took 28 days instead of 8) was very frustrating. I would ask a question and the person on the phone would look in the system and would not know exactly what they were looking at. Many times had information that they did not have, but they could not provide me with adequate responses to my concerns/questions. This is unacceptable.
