I know you all are busy and I appreciate the sunroof being fixed but the quality control that I’ve received before at this shop was not received this time around. I have always liked using Mungenast because of the attention to detail. It was missing this time around.

My sunroof was fixed well and I appreciate that. My trunk lid now has scuffs on it that weren’t there before. I’m disappointed that wasn’t fixed as it didn’t enter the shop that way. Also, my car looks like it was washed but not rinsed. It’s very smudged and oily looking. I’ve had my car worked on here two other times and never had these issues.

Communication through your the process was great. I am, however, disappointed that it wasn’t communicated to me that my trunk lid was damaged and not fixed.

I hadn't a noticed until we brought my car home, but I thought I had more gas in it than was showing. Looking at the bill, the mileage In was 101392 and when I picked it up it was 101695. So was wondering why you would be driving it anywhere?

Someone rear ended my car while I was traveling. My insurance offered a quick settlement for the damage if I fixed it at a place of their choosing. I wanted my car fixed by the dealership. Your service department took the time to walk me through the various procedures necessary to get the job done right. Not only did they fix the car, someone called me at every phase of the operation to let me know the progress . This service is exceptional by anybodys standard.

This is the second time we have used your facility for a minor repair. Seems like nothing is very minor anymore. Both times the car came back better than expected. In most of my other repair experiences, additional damage or incomplete work had to be pointed out, but not with you all.
