1. I was originally told all the parts were secure and I could drive home with no problem. Wrong. 2 hrs out the shield came down, scraping so I turned back. 2. Knowing I was from out of town, I expected a faster turnaround. I called on Thursday, the 28th, praying it would be done by Friday. No. I had to rent a vehicle and drive 13 hrs to Washington. You called me on Monday around 3, stating it was ready. You could have saved me 13 more hrs of driving plus gas if it had been done by May 31st
